Beschreibung

Strong type, good-sized, bay colt with very good gaits. Very easy to handle, strong character. Born the beginning of April 2012. He is by the top sire Balou du Rouet who is by the triple World Cup winner, Baloubet du Rouet. His dam ILA comes from the internationally well-known Holstein line 162, one of the must successfull mare lines all over the world. Line 162 is the origin of Cöster, Carthago Z, Canturo, Feinschnitt, Foliant and Madrigal - all horses that were successful either in advanced (S) level show jumping, advanced (S) level dressage or advanced (S) level eventing. Cöster by Calato was successfully ridden by Christian Ahlmann in the 2007 European Championships and he also rode Charleston by Capitol I, Carhilago by Carhago and many others.Dam Ila produced several auction foals by Balou du Rouet: AOS Auction 2007, ESI Auction 2005 and the 2009 Elite Foal Auction in Vechta. The colt's full brother was licensed in 2011 and received an OS premium.
