Beschreibung

De' Medici is a colt with correct conformation and a very masculine look. Along with unique character, he also stands out because of his 3 very good gaits, particularly his ground covering walk and uphill canter. The dam, by Rubin Royal, was awarded the 1-d premium as a 2-year old at the Broodmare Show in Wadenspann. Before she became a broodmare, she took first and other placings in elementary (2-star) level dressage. The granddam produced dressage horses that were successful up to international Grand Prix as well as a licensed son. One mare named Farah Donna by Don Davidoff (2003) is presently successful in international Grand Prix under a junior rider and another named Fabienna by Lanciano (1999) placed as a 4-year old at the Bundeschampionat in a class for riding horses and was later successful in Germany up to Prix St. Georg as a 9-year old. Her licensed son Romeo de Royal is licensed in Bavaria and wins ribbons in medium (2-star) dressage. The small dam line also produced a successful international Grand Prix horse named Roccadero va Bene by Rohdiamant.
