Description

Foal is offered via Online Foal Auction under www.fohlenauktion.at from Juli 7th - 11th.

The name says it all! Promising future offer with first-class disposition and as if made for the big square.

The father of this strong moving, dressage foal is For Romance II, full brother of For Romance I, who goes back to Fürst Romancier - Sir Donnerhall - Don Schufro.

For Romance II is present with his offspring on all stages: numerous licensed stallions are on the books - including Friedrich the Great, price peak with EUR 240,000.

In terms of sport, For Romance II is able to show top placements in international young horses S dressage with a result of over 77 percent. On the P.S.I. Auction For Romance II was knocked down for EUR 700,000.

The mother of the outstanding colt is the elite mare Antigone, one of the most successful broodmares in Austria. So far she has produced three federal champion foals, four regional champion foals, three reserve champion foals, several winners in riding horse tests and studbook recordings.

Her son First Romance, three-quarter brother to this foal, was admitted to the South German licensing. There are now six successful offspring of Antigone in Germany, Switzerland and Austria who run up to high class according to their age - such as:

• Sun of Austria v. Sir Donnerhall (born 2008). In Austria: reserve champion foal. In Germany: top placements in class M, 50 placements in class L, of which eight wins and 15 top three results.
• Saliera v. Sir Donnerhall (born 2007). In Austria: federal champion foal and meanwhile victorious up to the intermediate class.
• Totus Floreo v. Totilas (born 2011). In Austria: Dressage Kl. M, jumping up to 1.20 m placed several times.
• First Romance SA v. For Romance (born 2014). In Austria: federal and state champion foals. In Switzerland: Season 2020 - dressage class L - 3 placements in 3 starts, including 1 victory and 1 x 3rd place

From the other mare line, which goes back to the original mare of the Angerer Bajadera ox family, who was herself successful in military sport, there are offspring such as Daphne by Donnersmarck, who was ranked third among the most successful dressage horses from Austrian breeding.
